These Terms of Service govern your use of oddsmakers.shop and any purchase you make from Oddsmakers (“Oddsmakers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree that the information you give us at checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Screens vary, so actual garment colors may differ slightly from what you see. Sizing is approximate and may vary between styles and fits.
All prices are in US dollars and do not include tax or shipping unless stated. We may change prices, edit product descriptions, or discontinue a product at any time. Drops are limited and we may cap quantities per customer or per order.
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. If we cannot fulfill an order, or we suspect fraud or reseller activity, we may cancel it and refund you in full. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honor the error.
Some Oddsmakers products are offered as pre-orders before general release. If you place a pre-order:
The Statement Collection officially releases September 18, 2026, with pre-orders beginning to ship upon release. Pre-order items typically ship within 7–10 business days of release.
If we are ever unable to fulfill a pre-order at all, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
In-stock orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. Pre-order items ship on the timeline described above. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the package. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will help you work it out with the carrier.
You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we cannot refund orders lost because of an incorrect address.
Our returns process is described in our Return Policy. In short: unworn, unwashed items in original condition may be returned within [30] days of delivery. Pre-order items follow the same return window from the date you receive them, but pre-orders cannot be canceled before they ship.
The Oddsmakers name, script wordmark, logos, graphics, product artwork, photography, copy, and the phrases “Prove Them Wrong,” “Be an Oddsmaker,” and “For The Ones Who Were Counted Out” are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without our written permission.
You may share our photos on social media with credit. You may not use our artwork to produce or sell your own merchandise.
If you tag us or send us photos, reviews, or other content, you give us permission to repost and use that content on our site and social channels with credit. You confirm the content is yours to share.
Do not use the site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, scrape or bulk-collect data, interfere with the site's operation, or buy products for unauthorized resale.
The site and our products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oddsmakers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to it.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold Oddsmakers harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
